AmeriTech Recycling provides electronics recycling and e-waste management services, including but not limited to:

• Collection and recycling of electronic equipment
• IT asset disposition
• Pickup and logistics services
• Warehouse drop-off services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on:

• Actual quantity and condition of materials received
• Market conditions and commodity prices
• Additional services requested
• Location and logistics requirements

Final pricing will be determined upon inspection and processing of materials. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual materials differ significantly from the initial quote.

We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs as a result of our recycling process.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Generally:

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERITECH RECYCLING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AmeriTech Recycling and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Materials or equipment you provide to us
